The particularity of the dark soil

A unique Riesling blend wherein the addition of 20% Vermentino really brings a good deal of Mediterrean characteristics

vanilla and cedar on a buttery bed of oak verticalized by a gentle acidity

The maturation lasts twelve months and takes place inside wooden barrels

Primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with full malolactic fermentation being carried out naturally in the spring

and the slight hints of clary sage

The production area coincides with the municipality of Montalcino

and south-west exposures
